Ford fiesta MK7/MK7.5 spoiler lip extension.
This fits the Fiesta ST180, ST-Line, Zetec S. 2009 - 2016

Made from ABS plastic and finished in a polished gloss black.
Comes with pre installed double sided tape for quick fitting. Please ensure that the fitting surface is completely clean prior to the install, the use of 2 people may be required to hold the spoiler lip tightly in place whilst the tape adheres to the surface.

Hold firmly against the bodywork for 90 seconds and prevent getting that area of the car wet for 48 hours. Do not wash your car whilst the spoiler lip adheres to your spoiler.

Should the spoiler lip feel too rigid when fitting, the use of heat can be reccomended as when leaving the mould the ABS has tendancies to shrink. The application of heat from a hairdryer will allow the additional flex needed when fitting should you need it.

Other methods of fitting we'd suggest is sealing it to the car if you wanted a more permanant hold. Note: Depending on the selant type this is often irreversible and will require you to change spoilers entirely if you ever decide you want the spoiler lip removed.

The fixing tape provided with this is useless!!

We've recently changed the tape brand to 3M VHB. Unfortunately you ordered just prior to our change so we're going to provide you with a complete replacement with the new tape provided. We'll reach out to you via email.

Love but needed more tape as it wouldn't sit flush so needed extra adhesion

Thanks for the review. We’ve taken on board that the mounting tape provided may be lacking in adhesion and have since changed our brand to official 3M VHB tape, it has proven to be far superior to what we have prior used.

Great spoiler but doesn't stick very well

After two days the 3m tape started to lift , so ended up gluing it down other than that it is great

Thanks for the feedback. We have since changed the brand of our tape to the rather expensive but official 3M VHB tape, it has proven in our testing to be far greater at adhesion and all future spoiler lips have now had this change made and will be supplied with this new tape.

Great product but…

The 3M foam on the part unfortunately does hold and lifts from its set position, after cleaning the part and applying 3M Tape it’s holding much better and hasn’t move 🙂

Thanks for the feedback. Apologies for the inconvenience caused by poor tape adhesion. We have since changed our brand to official 3M VHB and after a few tests can see it is far superior to the tape we previously had used. All future orders for this spoiler lip will now come with the better mounting tape. Thanks to your feedback.

Fiesta St spoiler extension

Really nice spoiler extension only complaint I have with it is the tape which is supplied. The tape is not strong enough to hold it in position so I removed the supplied tape and used scotch extreme 13kg outdoor tape which so far hasn't let me down.
